For one-off reservations, contact Emily Pearson, pearsome@whitman.edu.

For semester-long reservations, it is first-come/first-serve to claim slots. You do not need to be an official group or have ASWC recognition (for instance, groups of seniors in a major have reserved the space in the past). Each time block is 3 hours for group study activities, reservations are for the entire semester. One member of the group will need to fill out the google form to give your first, second, and third choices of slots by Wednesday, September 13th. We will assign them in order of submission, and let you know on Thursday when your group's reservation is for.

The slots are for fall semester 2023 only. Reservations start on the 14th. To access the classroom during your reserved time, you will check out a key at the circulation desk like you would a study room. The first time your group checks out a key, we will have you fill out the Code of Conduct agreement for the group. It does not need to be the same person every time checking out the key.

The available slots (16) are as follows:

Sat: 10 am - 1 pm, 1 pm - 4 pm, 4 pm - 6 pm (only 2 hours because of library hours)
Sun: 10 am - 1 pm, 1 pm - 4 pm, 4 pm - 7 pm, 7 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm-1 am
Mon: 7 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm-1 am
Tue: 7 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm-1 am
Wed: 7 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm-1 am
Th: 7 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm-1 am

Library staff reserve the right to review room access and cancel reservations if necessary. Once in awhile we may need to use the room for library events or classes during some slots.
