Penrose Library digital signage will be used by library staff to promote library related services, resources, or events. Other campus offices may request to promote campus events on Penrose’s digital display. Requests will be approved by the members of the User Services and Outreach Team.  Requests should include the image to be displayed. Images will be posted for a maximum of 7 days. 

Information requests should be sent to library@whitman.edu.   

The Library reserves the right to accept/reject requests for digital signs on a case-by-case basis, even in cases where the content does/doesn’t match the accepted criteria.
