If you can't get to the full text of an article, please contact a librarian or chat with the research librarian on duty (Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00).

Some other steps to try to troubleshoot:

  1. If you are on-campus, make sure you are connected to the whitman_secure wifi and not the whitman_wifi_hitspot.
  2. If you found the article via a Google search, try to locate it through the Articles scope of Sherlock or a disciplinary database.
  3. Double check that we have access to journal in which the article is located, including access to the correct year. You can use our Journals Finder to verify this.
